3. Make sure the battery is charged fully, then draw to activate.

5. When the battery indicator (the number next to the lightning icon in the lower right corner of the screen) shows low battery, connect a charging cable to its Type-C charging port to charge the device.

6. When the main e-liquid indicator (the number next to the water drop icon in the lower left corner of the screen) shows low e-liquid, follow your state’s guidelines to properly dispose of the fully used device.

When the burrst tank e-liquid reaches 0, holding the button and puffing will no longer add extra flavor. When the main tank e-liquid reaches 0, the regular flavor has been fully used, and the device should be disposed of in accordance with your state’s regulations.

3. Is the air outlet of the device blocked? Gently blow into the airway through the hole at the bottom of the device to check for any obstruction. If it still feels blocked, try gently tapping the device.

4. Is the pod not seated properly? The pod should be placed straight; otherwise, the e-liquid won’t contact the atomizer, and the device may not produce vapor properly.

5. In rare cases, taking rapid consecutive puffs within a short time may cause the device to temporarily stop producing vapor. Pause for a moment and then resume puffing.
